Unethical company

Got a leaflet through the post offering free Toshiba 32 inch Tv if signed up with Virgin and the leaflet said you will receive the TV with 28 days after my first bill ( lie 1) wasted hours with the circus they call customer service ( lie 2) was told to phone a delivery company and was given a number but they only do vouchers not TV ( lie 3 ) rang again told I would receive an email with 72 working hours from the rewards team ( lie 4 ) phoned again, put on hold for 10 minutes then told the rewards team would email within 72 hours ( lie 5 ) ... tried again today for final time !!! This is breaching trading standards laws amongst others and I will be seeking legal advice on how to get a full refund and these comedians products out of my house !!!!
