I’m unable to watch TV channels on my iPhone, iPad and Kindle Fire
We have 2 V6 boxes. One in the lounge and the other in the bedroom.
I’ve gone through the process of trying to set up the streaming device via the Virgin TV app on my phone but it won’t go through the 3 stages to get set up. The 3 stages show but are greyed out and nothing happens.
I’ve unplugged the V6 box and also the hub and uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it makes no difference.
Some time back I did have this option to watch programmes on my iPhone but now the option is not there. I can’t put a date on when this happened, maybe 3 months and the only change that has happened in this time is that I got the second V6 box to replace the old one which is in the bedroom.

You appear to have a problem with setting up streaming on this app to allow streaming access to your recordings.
Yes that’s what comes up. I thought that because the 3 stages were grey’d out that it hadn’t actually been set up as I couldn’t watch TV on my phone via the Virgin TV app. As you mentioned to watch it on my iPhone I have to watch it through the Virgin TV Go app.
I think we’ve reached the answer to my question now.
