Unable to order V6

I keep getting emails telling me to order the free V6.

I log into my account, click the link and get the following error: "Sorry about this - a hiccup on our end means we can't process your order online right now. If you're still interested in a free upgrade to our Virgin TV V6 box, just give us a call on 0800 052 6493."

I call the number for the IVR to tell me to go online.

I don't really want to have to sit in a queue to get to a foreign call centre to ask for something I should be able to order online. Especially when the service is already so expensive and of questionable quality.

Does anybody have any suggestions on how to order this, or should I just cancel the lot and move on?

Thanks for posting and I'm sorry to hear about what's happened.

 

If you're unable to upgrade online then you'll need to give our team a call so they can get this done for you.

 

You can reach the team on 150 free from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and they will be happy to help.
