I’ve unplugged all of the leads, left the box disconnected for 2 minutes and then plugged everything back in - I either get the “Starting Up” screen or “Welcome” in every language and occasionally I get a black screen with a white arrow pointing down as if something is being downloaded. Anyone got any suggestions?

Any TV box that is stuck in the boot loop or won't startup, has a fault.
Either call in after 8am or wait here (may be a couple of days) for staff to respond.
