When trying to play UHD content from on demand, pressing the info button it says UHDat the top of info banner, but at the side of info bar it says HD, so I’m not sure if I’m getting UHD content or is it coming through as HD, guy on phone was more confused than me, It works fine on Netflix and Amazon app

I don't have a UHD TV so can't be certain, but....
I'm fairly sure the panel on the right is just the EPG data and doesn't necessarily have a separate flag for UHD.
Does your TV have any options to check the received video input as to what resolution it's getting? That would be a good test.

Hi GarryE,
japitts is correct. I've just checked the same episode and during playback, it does show as UHD in the header but HD in the program data.
Assuming you have a 4K UHD TV, then you should be viewing in UHD rather than HD.
😊
