Tlc recording disruptions pixelated

I am struggling with my recordings on tlc they all seem to pixelate all the time which is very frustrating is anyone else having these problems 

or what can I do to resolve them I have reset my boxes and hun has been reset nothing works 

help!

Can you watch the same channel live?

This is likely to be caused by one of two things:

1: A signal fault affecting the live broadcast, and if live TV is affected then so will the resultant recordings. If it is, check Quest HD on 169 which is on the same broadcast frequency. A signal fault affecting one channel on a particular TX would affect all channels on that TX.

2: A hard drive fault affecting all recorded content. If live TV is ok, then try pausing the programme for 30secconds. Then watch delayed - this is effectively a recording and uses the hard drive in the same way.
