Hi Pete_Woodley,

Have you managed to follow the online help for virgin-tv-error-codes/603  ?

If it's an older Samsung TV try the port marked MHL.

The issue may be due to HDCP complaint ports and the info on the following page may help /virgin-tv-watching-4k-ultra-hd-content

@Pete-Woodley  Do you have a TiVo or a V6?

This thread references a TiVo which doesn't support 4K, only the V6 does.

If you're not sure, you can check here

Both the TiVo & V6 support HD channels.

Look at the link in my previous post - that page has pictures of the two boxes.

Sorry, it’s definitely a V6

Hi Pete-Woodley,

Thanks for posting and sorry to see you're having some issues with your V6.

newapollo has posted some really helpful advise, have you been through this?

I have Bose 650 surround sound and all my hdmi leads go though it including my 4K blu-ray, Apple TV, and Xbox and I have no issue with them. It’s then connected to LG oled tv. All leads are newish and are 4K UHD leads. The V6 is connected via cable to the router.

The V6's connection to the internet isn't the issue here, it's the HDMI chain that is.

Are you able to connect the V6 to your TV directly, just to eliminate the Bose as a cause?
