Tivo box restarts on channel 205

When using channel 205 it loads the main menu but when loading programmes 8 of 10 times the Tivo box freezes, completely unresponsive to button press, then it auto restarts maybe 1 or worst case 3 times…..

You've referred to a TiVo, but this box doesn't have the Amazon Prime app - only the V6 does. You can check here but I'll presume you're using a V6

Are you saying the V6 freezes once the app is loaded? Do you have problems using any other streaming app? For example, iPlayer, YouTube, Netflix etc?

Any TV box that's restarting more than occasionally, and even then overnight, has a fault.

Thank you for your post. 

 

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue with your Tv box. 

 

I have been able to locate your account and have checked over this and I am unable to see any reported issue that could be affecting this. 

 

If you can answer the questions from Japitts we can look to investigate this further.
