Tivo box not returned

I sent my virgin box last tuesday at a collect plus. Now i get an email saying they havent recieved it and i will be charged in 9 days.

You'll need to call them and give them your receipt number from Collect+.

Collect+ provide a receipt - if they didn't then I would not be surprised if they didn't return it.

The receipt is generated when then check it in for collection - and is your proof you returned it even if VM don't receive it. It also gives you the code to track it's return.

It even says on the Collect+/VirginMedia page you'll get a receipt.

I contacted virgin earlier apparently they have it. Says it can take up to 14 days to update that they have it. Yet the email me less than 7 days of sending it that they don’t have it 😂😂
