Tivo box doesnt work with Netflix or Amazon without a restart

Not sure if my box is a V6, in the sysinfo it says DCX960. 
Everytime i watch netflix or prime, the next time i go to try and play something again, it gives the ‘we’re having trouble playing’ message. The workaround is rebooting the box but i dont want to do this every time i watch tv. Is there a permanent fix for this?

Hello

I beleive that you have a V6, the easy way to tell is the V6 is rectangle in shape where the Tivo has a sculptured front.
