Tivo Box - Slow acces to App's - stuttering during playback

Hi, Is anybody else having problems with the speed of the older Tivo boxes?

I have problems switching from Virgin to Netflix - you can make a cup of tea while you wait for the Netflix app to open!! Sometimes it also stutters whilst playing.

It seems, that the more features virgin add the old boxes just cant cope!!

Welcome to the Community, I'm very sorry for the problems you're experiencing with TV service recently.

 

I've located your account using your Community details to take a closer look and run some tests on the set top box, we're detecting some slight issues. Are you able to reboot the box if you'rte still experiencing issues, so I can take another look in moire detail? 

 

I've sent some signals so check how it works after the reboot, we'd love to hear from you.

Hi, Apologies - just to be clear - I have 2 boxes. A Tivo V6 box and a regular TiVo box. The problem I'm having is with the regular TiVo box. I've not got it plugged in currently. I will switch it back on tomorrow evening when I am next home. Thanks Neil

Hi,

TiVo box switched on. Accessing Apps still slow E.G. Netflix.

Doesn't seem to have made any improvement
