My Tivo V6 box has started pixelating on playback and pause/play TV. It doesn't happen when viewing live TV so looks like a hard drive issue. Can anyone at VM help with this please?

Are the voice sync issues happening in live TV also? How long has this been ongoing? Have you tried rebooting your TV box as seen here to see if it helps? https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-restart-or-reset-your-box#tab2.
