TiVo cutting out

While watching a rented movie from Virgin my TiVo box cut out twice. Annoyingly had to ‘fast’ forward to the point we were at after it cut out. Anyone experienced this...underlying issue?

This is the V6 forum but you say "Tivo" box - but assuming you do mean V6 -  it sounds like the internet connection cut out during watching the movie.  How do you have the V6 connected to the Hub - and which Hub is it ?
