Weird i know but somehow rain or melted snow has got inside the analog aerial and made its way to my tv and TiVo box. How do I get a replacement?

Is your roof leaking? Rain doesn't "get inside" your analogue aerial and somehow then get into your TiVo.
The method for reporting service faults is the same as it always has been. 150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone. But free replacements do exclude mis-use & mistreatment, which water damage could easily be classed as.

I’m not stupid, I’ve got video of it coming out and no, no leaking roof.

I assume the aerial coax is channelled in a conduit and the water is coming in through that.
VM may request you claim on your contents insurance.
Is the TV damaged also?

That thought had half-crossed my mind, but I couldn't put my finger on it so thanks for asking!

Can you post some pictures of the damage and physical layout of your cabling?
