TiVo box not connecting to the internet

My box is showing error code C230

it states a network cable is unplugged . I have checked all the connections.

on hold to virgin now for 20 minutes 

please help

You can try manually connecting to the network by pressing Home on your remote > select Help & Settings > select Settings > select Network > select Connect to the Virgin Media Service now.

As Roger says.... but is your V6 connected to the Hub by ethernet cable or wifi ?
