TiVo Box Error Codes

Hello All

i’m too experiencing problems accessing some of my channels due to error codes appearing on screen C133 and V59.  I’m able to access only very few channels i.e BBC and ITV etc.  Need to sort these problems out VM as service is declining not to mention lack of or to be more accurate non existent Customer Service support.

I think ITV ... and bbc and channel 4 are all back up just the apps and catch and demand that aren't

Sorry to hear of the TV service issues experienced, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums.

There were some issues with an outage across our TV services last Thursday but we have been advised these were fixed shortly after. Are you still experiencing the issues?
