Can anyone help as I seem to be getting no where with this issue.
Since having virgin media installed 2 months ago. Every time we watch anything on catch up/demand or sky cinema the programme cuts off every single time. This can be 10 minutes into the programme or even 1 hour into it. I have rung virgin media on several occasions but no one seems to understand the fault I’m having. An engineer did come out and gave us the newer TV box, but the issue is still occurring.
The message that appears on my tv when the show cuts of is :
This show is temporarily unavailable - 753
I hope someone can help me because I’m so close to cancelling. This has not been a great start to being a new customer.
