TcL 55c715k OLED TV - TV Code?

Hi,

• Just bought new TCL 55C715   OLED TV.
• Tried syncing the V6 remote with TV for volume.  No code seems to work.
• Called Virgin support and spoke to theee different folks to go through resets and also received new remote.

Can anyone help?  Really don't want to have to use two remotes.

Sorry to hear that. Would say engineer would know best, but I just followed instructions which said to push button every 2 seconds. And as mentioned after about 7-8 minutes that worked for me. I had very nearly given up when my tv finally turned off. Best of luck figuring it out. I would suggest trying 0999 method for a good 10 minutes not holding button but pressing every couple of seconds.
