V6 tv remote not working; reolaced batteries but still not working.

So, went into the main VM website to order a new one but it says "not working". Then i tried the live chat facility. At 5.10 this eve went thru a set of Qs from a bot; answered all. End message was basically "we're extremely busy but someone will call back".

3 hours on and no one has called me.

So, is it poss for a VM employee in here to sort me a new remote?

Be grateful of an official reply.

Have you tried a different browser or an incognito page/tab?

Also try clearing your browsing data.

A member of the Forum team may pick this up for you, but it may be in a couple of days.

Remotely looking from our end, we can see that you have already contacted our team and a new remote is on its way to you. This normally arrives by post in the within 3-5 working days.
