For the past few weeks,once a day our TV picture goes off,however we still have the sound. We are forced to unplug the box or switch off power before it is ok for a while. We have phoned to fix the fault and every time you phone,you are connected to a call centre in India. They are no help, if they don't cut you off after waiting 20 minutes, they advise you to turn everything off, they then say that should be it fixed and hang up. Can someone please assist.
Does this happen is you try different HDMI ports on the TV or try a different (new) HDMI cable? If so put a different TV/computer monitor onto the V6 and see if that combination also displays the same issue.
