TV freezing on demand

I am in Welwyn Garden City and have been having trouble since yesterday. Cannot access my account details on laptop,  and this morning cannot even access my email account. For the past few months TV service has also been poor with on demand services regularly freezing. Now looking at other options

It's your first time posting on this forum, and you've mentioned a few issues here - all of which are normally better placed in the specialist boards where those users who're familiar with particular aspects can help... Email queries are better placed here 

I'll respond to the TV issue - for starters which TV box do you have? If you're not sure, check here - do you get any error messages when you try to use OnDemand? And can you view live TV channels ok?

There's plenty of expertise on these boards that can help with many service issues, but we might just need to deal with your queries in a methodical way rather than scattergunning all the issues into one post.

@cheryllecooperto make sure you pick this post up, as I've moved it to a TV board for now.

Sorry that you have had to join here to seek help 

You sure do have a few issue that we need to address one by one 

Yours account details 

What happens?

Are they not recognised 

Are you able to use the forgotten username/password option 

Your email?

Is this through webmail after you logged in or by a client like outlook 

The On Demand Freezing 

Do you get any error codes

Does live Tv freeze at all 

These are all fixable so dont worry

Just wanted to get a head up first
