TV Pixelation issues in Peterborough (Resolved)

The issue for me is getting worse, it’s making virgin unwatchable.

this has been going on since Sat affecting a lot of people, are you any closer to a fix?

will there be any compensation (money off the bill) for this ongoing issue?

Hi @cinnywen, the ticket was resolved this morning, please try rebooting your TV Box a few times to see if it's improved? If not, please create a new thread so we can take a closer look.
