Hi I wanted to watch something on demand on my virgin TV and was asked to sign in . Put in my email and virgin password but I’m told there was an ‘error’ but regardless of how many times I try to sign in I can get no further
many thanks for your reply. No I’m afraid I’ve got no further. I went on to my Virgin account online - signed in in order to check I was using the correct password and I managed to sign in there successfully so I knew it was correct. Back to the TV and still telling me I’ve made an error. I have the new V6 box - I admit I can’t recall signing in for anything when I had the old box but I was browsing On demand and fancied a box set but as I say can’t get any further
I ve been trying to go to the Virgin store , so basically Home, the on demand, then box sets or movies and ‘ok-ing’ on the Virgin store icon. I’m asked to sign in and despite checking meticulously every time - I get the message that I’ve used the wrong email or password

From what I can understand your trying to use you Virgin Media log in details that you would use for your online billing account or for TV Go. The Virgin Media Store is separate from this and you need to have an account set up for this.
