hi - I recently purchased Season 1 of Succession via the VMS, but it has no subtitles, making it unwatchable.
I have tried turning them on in the accessibility tab on My Account but it has no impact.
please help!

No, sadly you can’t cancel your purchase once you’ve confirmed it. That’s because we supply the digital content immediately.
This doesn’t of course exclude your statutory rights for defective digital content.
