Since Friday, I can't get subtitles on any of the Four channels;  More4, 4Seven, 4+1, etc. On every non-Four channel, subtitles are completely normal.  

is anyone else having this problem?

Hi there were a few posts last week regarding a technical problem at the TV station that provides those services, so it maybe still ongoing. Regards Micky

I agree with @LittleMick73 

The problems are still ongoing as per this latest update https://rxtvinfo.com/2021/slow-restoration-for-channel-4-and-5
