I have bought a movie, the money has been taken from my account. The film appears to be in my library, but doesn’t play.

When you say the film "appears to be in your library", what do you mean?

What happens when you try to play it?

Can you use other OnDemand services ok? The underlying technology behind PPV OnDemand is identical to all other OnDemand - so can you watch other programmes from, say CatchUp?

Is this the purchase of a VM Store film?

Hi Sarfoster, thanks for getting in touch.

Sorry to hear you've had issues with a movie you've purchased.

If it's from the Virgin Store and the FAQ's from the Virgin Store website don't help, you can contact them about it on the number provided here: https://www.virginmediastore.com/pages/contact

If it was a movie ordered via On Demand and you still haven't been able to get the issue sorted I'd refer to japitts's questions above - please let us know if you've been able to get this sorted or had any other issues with On Demand content.
