Starting up loop

Hi my tivo box was turned off accidentally. I've turned it back on and now it progress past the starting up screen

Do you mean V6? If so turn off your V6 and Hub and disconnect from the mains. Make a cup of tea for 5 minutes and then restart the Hub. Wait another 5 minutes for it to boot up and settle, then restart the V6. See if that clears it - if not call it in as a fault.
