Sky sports HD quality

Recently upgraded to Sky sports HD and don't understand why the sky sports HD is inferior to Bt sport HD coming from the same virgin box. It's definitely not as crisp and clear.

Thank you for reaching out to us and welcome back to our community, sorry to hear you feel Sky Sports HD isn't the same Quality as BT Sports HD, is this something you are seeing on all Sports HD channels or was it on a particular Match you noticed this, are you comparing it to BT Sports HD or Ultra HD?

It's just an observation. I am comparing to HD. It's just when you watch any game on sky sports they look granier than when you watch games on BT sports. Just wondered why that would be?
