Series link

Anyone having issues with certain series links suddenly not recording. It says in the planned recording is, but last night and tonight emmerdale didn’t record and last also coronation street, everything else recorded fine?

That is either a signal or an account issue - most likely a signal issue at that time.

Are you able to tune to the channels now?

If you have you series link set to ALL channels it should record the ITV2 repears this morning.

Just checked the channel also says not authorised it’s just a free for view HD channel though and I haven’t changed my series link so unsure why this would be?

It is nothing to do with Series Links - you'll need to contact VM.

Think I’ll just change it to the normal channels that are working don’t have time or energy to spend on the phone to virgin, been trying to call up to cancel for over a month and end up in what seems like a never ending cue and just give up, maybe that’s their plan!!
