Second box not working with new router

Got a new hub router. Second TiVo box now displaying C230 constantly. Was never wired to other router. Won’t connect. Called Virgin repeatedly but auto system just texts me a link to help page. Done all steps there. Hasn’t sorted issue. Help page says to call. Call, only sends me a text to help page. Argh!

Can anyone help?!

If the second box was not connected using ethernet and you have a new hub - you'll need to reset the wifi link on the second box.

Easiest way is to go into the settings -> network menu on the V6 and use the WPS option.
