S310 error

This is not a new box but required a restart, turned it off and back on, which triggered the guided setup and software install, now it will not get past the connecting, says to check cables which I have done multiple times. Keeps giving me S310 error code

This is potentially caused by the national outage that's ongoing.. details at the top of all the TV boards.
