I have no TV since 6:30am. I have tried rebooting the box but it stops updating channels on 33% and it then tells me Error Code S102. Any idea what i can do to solve this? Thanks.
Following https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/s102 is as good as anywhere to start.
I'd also suggest calling the local faults line - 0800 5610061 often lists known faults down to street level. If VM know about this fault, it should be listed on there.
