Return of Virgin Media V6 Box

I’ve received the packaging to return the V6 box. Prior to this I received emails and text messages stating different things regarding returning it.

When the VM engineer installed our new equipment last week he took the box with him.

How will I know if it’s been received by VM as I don’t want to have to pay £40 if VM don’t think they have it back.

The box should be marked as returned since the engineer has taken it, but I'd be happy to take a look into your account to check for you and put your mind at rest.
