Return my tivo box

Hi my virgin tv stopped a week ago after the 30 day notice to cancel virgin tv

they said i would get a return package, I've still not recieved anything 

how do i return the tivo box to virgin ?

do i have to get a box/padded envolope to return it ?

what do i return the box, remote, white cable, hdmi, power lead, etc ? thank you

Hi @chrisp62 

You've posted in the V6 forum but talked about returning the TiVo box.

The two boxes are slightly different, and there is different advice regarding the box.

If you're not sure which you have, you can check on this page 

The older TIVO box does not need returning, however the V6 box does need returning.

Returns packaging is generally sent out around 10 days after the final bill has been produced.

If needed and the returns packaging doesn't show up after about 3 weeks then you can request packaging online.

virgin-media-return-or-recycle-equipment/request-returns-pack 

You should return the  box, remote and power lead/pack

thank you it is the box that needs returning ill wait a while longer for the returns package to show up,
