Replacement remote

Hi all. My remote has been on the blink for a few months but the link on the website to request a new one doesn't work. Any advice on how to get a new one?

Have you tried loading the page in a different browser - Chrome, Firefox, Edge for example?

If that doesn't work, then you can either call in to request one, or wait here for staff to respond.

Hi phone 150 free from a virgin phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and go down the TV faults route.Regards Micky
