Sadly we have had a bit of a snafu with our secondary V6 box in that is in our bedroom. Our cat was doing a middle of the night run about and pulled it off the unit, causing it to smash open beyond repair. We're therefore looking to replace it however I cannot find a way to order a new box on the virgin website even when logged in.
Does anyone know the easiest way to order a new one as we need one as soon as possible?

There's 2 ways to report faults with your VM service...
Call in. 150 (from a VM phone) or 0345 4541111 (from any other phone) and choose the "I have a fault" options
Wait here for VM staff to respond - this may take a couple of days.
There's no online method outside this forum.

Sorry to hear that your cat damaged your V6 box! I can arrange for your equipment to be replaced as soon as possible, but because the equipment has been damaged, there will be a £25 charge to cover this. Will this be okay?
