V6 box repetitively reboots itself, currently twice a day, flashes red and white with no tv service once a day. Have switched power on and off at least three times, but still a problem. On line service checker says ‘no fault’, so problem must be with box. Virgin help service repetitively asks for my details, with no help.
Sounds like a fault. Either the box is ill, or it's rebooting to manage an external signal fault.
The automated faults line might well offer you a remote fix the first time you call, but redialling 10 or so minutes later should offer you the choice of speaking to a faults agent, who should then do the necessary checks.
