Repeat errors and engineer visits

I have only had my equipment for a week (quick start) and have had 2 visits from engineers to try fix my tv faults. Had the error code W02 which would clear after a reboot then appear again after a short time. The engineer yesterday replaced the quick start cables and it all seemed okay. TV was on for half an hour and then got V53 error. Rebooted and tv came back on. After 10mins got the W02 error again. 

So I have had no tv for a week now. 

What can we do to sort this?
