Rented Commuter to view in HD for £4.99
Unwatchable, playback juddery.
Switched box on and off and altered setup on TV.
Never had to do this before and regularly pay per view.
Can I expect a refund?
Not really a V6 issue but more than likely a TV issue
TV working perfectly, including other rented movies, Netflix, now TV etc.
Can't risk this happening again so will no- longer rent movies if there is no assistance for films that do not play correctly.
