How do I remove parental lock. I have to enter pin to watch nearly every movie

You can change parental control settings using the options under Home > Help & Settings > Parental Controls.

You can't remove the PIN requirement on age-restricted content, that's an Ofcom requirement known as "Mandatory Daytime Protection" which VM - and all other UK pay-TV providers - are legally required to implement.
