Brand new remote; 99% battery; mute/volume control not working. I’ve gone through setup process and also tried to reset it; however, still not working. Any advice out there?

Is it letting you change channels okay and everything else is working fine?

Is the volume button working on your TV remote control?

Hello, thanks for replying. Yes, the vol control on my tv remote is working and all other functions on my cable remote are working.

Hello, yes my old remote worked (until it failed, hence the replacement).
