Remote control for tv

Hello, I have two V6 boxes. One is nearly new and rarely used. The older one has been pixelating .

I decided to swap the boxes over and mainly use the new one to see if the pixelating continued.

Now it may have already been the case, but when pairing up the remotes to the TV's , both remotes work the volume on both TV's. So by just using one of the remotes it can affect both TV's.

As far as i can tell you need to point the remote at each TV , so it may not be a problem.

My question is this normal, both TV's are LG but are different models, thanks in advance

I do not work for VM. The advice I give is based on my best understanding of VM policy and practice. You rely on it at your own risk.
