When I go to 'my shows' page it's a list of shows that have been recorded. When I click into them nothing displays do I can't select yo watch them. My Internet has been exceptionally bad of late so wondered if that has anything to do with it? Think it might be time to switch

Can you post some pictures of what you mean? This sounds unusual.
I'd recommend posting about your internet problems in the broadband section of this forum, but the only impact that should have on a V6 is potentially slow loading of thumbnails and issues with VoD.
