Recording on V6 via app

hi, for the last couple of weeks ive not been able to record/series link via the app to my v6 box. 

the reason that it gives is the following: Your virgin TV box may be switched off or on Eco low power mode. this means  you cant set a recording right now. just switch it back on and try the recording again. you can change your power settings so this doesn't happen again'. 

Its saying this even when the box is on and I'm watching something. I can record using the remote control. 

things that I have tried: 

Deleted the app and reinstalled

turned the box off and on again

looked at power settings and its all ok.

I'm really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your V6.


Are you still experiencing the same issue? If so, what power settings are you currently running on the V6? Does it happen every time you try and set up a recording or is it intermittent?
