Re: Reception

Hi maryspetses, are you having trouble with your Virgin TV box? Sorry I'm unsure as you mentioned DVD's too.

Thanks, Marty

Re: Reception

My laptop is fine. It's my desk top with the problem. I'm getting a broken, moving green screen when i access iplayers, netflix, utube or try to watch a dvd. The screen saver also has this phenomenon at times. Not affecting emails. Thanks for reply. Mary

Re: Reception

If your laptop is connected to the hub with an Ethernet cable can you try the other LAN ports, if that doesn't work can you try another cable.

Re: Reception

Thank you for taking the time to reply. Unfortunately I don't have the knowledge to do what you suggest. I'm also one of those isolated people who has to have everything delivered.so asking someone more knowledgeable to come in is a no-no at the moment. As my emails and microsoft word are still working I'll ignore the iplayers and netflix until some time in the future.... Thanks for the help. Mary (Irvine)
