None of the apps apps except Amazon are working on the Virgin V6 box

Better to start your own thread than add to an old one.
If Prime works, that suggests the box's internet connection is ok.
You've not said what's happening when you try to use other apps or even OnDemand, but have you tried restarting your V6 via the Help & Settings > Clear or restart menu?
