V6 Tv box will not startup and making noise.

Can an admin DM please, I'm also having this problem, same symptoms. The box died straight after a Virgin repair happened in my area.

Any errors displayed on screen?

What colour is the light on the power button?

Any lights/icons lit up on the front of the box?

What sort of noise is the box making?

Glad to have you on board, although we're sorry to hear of the issues with your TV box currently.

We're here to help, as it's been a while since your post could you please advise if the outage in your area has cleared and the TV box is still unable to turn on?

Do you have more TV boxes and does this happen only on the one or all of them, if so?

Please, share a bit more and we're glad to assist further.
