So I’ve also been trying to order a new remote since last week but the “order remote” page on the web just returns this -

Not especially helpful, and I’m not waiting for however long on the phone to a call centre!! Can this be sorted please so that I can order a replacement?

Hi @Leffemonster 

I've had issues using Chrome, however it works OK with Edge and Firefox.

Have you tried using a different browser, or clearing the cache and cookies in your current browser?

The link doesn't work for me on ANY browser. I've tried Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, and am still being presented with the same 'Oops...' page.
