Re: Sound cutting out for a second repeatedly

Hi Kath 

I am currently suffering with this issue with the sound dropping out every 20 seconds or so for a slit second. I’m running TiVo V6 boxes. Any info would be appreciated. This happens with or without the sound bar engaged.

Hi 

the concern is still there but looking through some posts I’ve changed the Dolby setting and up to now it has gone.

Your post has been moved to a new thread, rather than adding to someone elses.

Is this happening with 1: Live TV? 2: OnDemand? 3: Recorded programmes?

That might start to help ID what's causing this.

Good Morning @Burlo, can you confirm if this error is still ongoing?

If this is still happening, can you please provide answers to the questions posted by @japitts, as this would be a good starting point to run diagnostics
