Hi,
I'm also trying to get a new V6 remote as mine doesn't work most of the time now (just get a solid green light at the top when pressing any buttons)

The links work for me using Chrome browser.
Have you tried a different browser?
You could also try deleting your browser cache and cookies, or open an incognito window/tab
Failing that go down the TV Faults route to order a replacement 150 from a Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, but best to call between 8am and 10am to avoid call queues, or late afternoon around tea time
You can also download the Connect app to use as a temporary solution until you receive a replacement. shop/virgin-media-connect-app

Sorry for that delay in getting back to you
I have ordered the remote as a one off
It is not something that we should do on here, but its done now
It will be with you i the next few days
In the mean time you can use this online remote
